Returns a list of the comparison unit's latest updated statistics.
Currently always returns a list of invalid statistic IDs -- the "latest updated statistics" feature is no longer a part of the Achievements UI.

Returns:
...- A list of up to five numeric IDs of recently updated statistics for the comparison unit, ordered from newest to oldest (list)
