    I'm only in the first chapter and I figured I'd visit the website and have a look at the first addon to see how it was written compared to mine, and I can't find it.

    The book says to go to http://wowprogramming.com/chapters/first-edition/01 - which doesn't work; following the links at the top I am able to go to the chapters portion of the site which lists the layout of the chapters in the book, yet there is no where I can see to download the addon from the author.

    Small other issues is that while I'm in the second edition portion of the site it still says first edition at the top of the page. I also clicked through to some of the other chapters to see if I could find example addons to download, and several of the other chapters don't seem to have webpages or downloadable examples.

    Unfortunately due to the fact that I reside in the UK, I was very late receiving my copies of the book. As a result, I have not been able to get that section of the website fully updated. I'll do my best to take care of that today.

    I'm continuing to work on this. I could enumerate the personal issues I've had that have preventing me from doing so, but that wouldn't be constructive.

    Would it be possible to upload a pdf of the "Contents at a glance" and "Contents" sections of the book (second edition)? That would fulfill some of the functions of the missing book chapter web pages and it should be easy enough to do?

    Yes, I should be able to do that, but I'm not sure I have a PDF copy of those generated chapters (I'm actually quite sure I don't). I'll talk to the publisher and see what I can do. Alternatively, I'll try to get the pages updated with the correct information.
