    I'm trying to find out if there is a way to get the title of a quest using the questid. The only thing I've found that is even close to it requires the quest to still be in your quest log. I'm wanting to be able to return the quest title w/o having to still actively be on the quest.

    Nope. That is why I build a mapping from quest ids to names in LightHeaded.
