    Hi,

    does anybody know where to get the item id's from Cataclysm? I am especially interested in the level 80+ PvP sets.

    That's not really anything to do with addon development. I suggest you check wowhead and mmo-champion for all of your data-mining needs.

    They are right, it's not really a development item, but I found the easiest way for me is to go to wowhead.com, search the item, then look in the Address bar. You will see like id=XXXX this will be the ID that you need. Works for spells, items, etc.

    For example: Magma Plated Battleplate -- DK level 85 chest http://cata.wowhead.com/item=60339 <-- Item 60339
