   Hi everyone,

   there used to be a possibility back in the days to send messages to a global addon channel. Since this seems to be not possible anymore (or is it?), I am trying to find a way to share information between users that are not in a guild / group / raid / ... Is this possible? What would be the best way to do this?

   It was never possible, but you could join a CHAT channel and send messages that way. That is still possible, but it's almost always a bad idea. What are you looking to do?
