1. This is what I get when trying to access the Development Boards?  Been like this for a few days.  My question is, is there a basic template for a minimap button?  Something that is moveable and tracks around the minimap?

Thanks for the error report, I've fixed the problem.  As for minimap buttons, there are some templates you could use from the FrameXML, but none of them allow for dragging and tracking around the minimap.  Aside from the fact that I hate them and think you shoudln't be using them.. there are a few libraries you can use to create them. 

    http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info4686-MyMinimapButton.html is one such example,. but may need soem alteration before it works with WoTLK.
