    Hi.  I recently purchased a copy of the book from Amazon.

    Pages 297 to 302 were destroyed.  They are the first few pages of Chapter 22. Looks like it might have happened in the coallating machine.

    Would it be possible to get a copy of these pages sent to me?  I would rather not go through the process of returning the book to Amazon just for these pages. 

    Hardcopy, text file, pdf, ... anything would be appreciated.  I could send to you photos of the damaged pages, if you would like.

    This book is great!  It is exactly what I was looking for.
