    I would love to buy this book asap but I cannot find a retailer in Australia and would rather not wait weeks for delivery. Is there any way I could buy this book in PDF format? I'm guessing it was written in latex or docbook which would make this kind of distribution easy, and Id get the added benefit of being able to search the text.

    I wish there were, but unfortunately there aren't any electronic editions available.

    Oh if only! :P Try MS Word... It was... less than efficient work...
