    I couldn't find an electronic copy of the book, so I'm not going to buy it.

    I wanted to give you money, but due to no electronic copy being (legally) available, I now won't. I won't obtain an illegal copy either. Instead I'll just have to pretend your book doesn't exist.

    Please put your book online in electronic format. Stuff it full of DRM or require a continuous interenet connection to validate or whatever you want to stop piracy, but you've lost a sale.

    I've made plenty of mods before and just thought this would be a nice addition to my electronic library and I might learn a thing or two. I guess not.

    I've said that it is available, and I wasn't lying =)

    I am not a publisher. I cannot just magically put my put available whenever and wherever I'd like. I do not even have an electronic copy of my book, and I've passed on feedback to my publishers that I would like a Kindle version, if nothing else, available.

    All you had to do was ask me where it could be found.
