You can't move a thread once it's been started. I've fixed that page, but note that there are some other issues where information is missing from the chapters page of the second edition. I ask that you bear with me, as I'm current in the midst of quite a number of personal issues that are making it difficult to get these little things done. I'll do my best to get them updated as soon as I possibly can.

That's no problem - personal stuff should always take priority over the little things a second pair of eyes can spot.
