    You keep track of what you've posted, bookmarks, or just view the forums.  It's not terribly difficult, this site is extremely low traffic.

    I dont use bookmarks I use far to may computers for that and also use other means such as mobile phone and PDA to access the net so storing bookmarks online is out of the question I rely on topic notifications and being able to see my own posts in forums, this is the first time I have ever seen such restrictions regardless of traffic.

    There are RSS feeds.  They aren't restrictions, they are just features not implemented.  I cannot just pull features and time out of my ass.  Sorry.
