Hello again everyone,
I'm interested in capturing combat data and reviewing it offline. Is it possible to write combat data to a saved variable (perhaps as a table) and then review the file once it's written to the disk?
Thanks much, Shallowman

There is a slash command that will start recording your combat log out to file. This will be much more reliable and efficient than trying to shove it into a saved variable table. You can turn it on with /combatlog and turn it back off the same way. Note that the file is not IMMEDIATELY written, in fact its buffered. This should not be an issue if you just want to analyze it afterwards.. since it will all be written.
Hope that helps!
